We include 5 GB as standard for your practice. This covers all the images and videos you send to VETCloud. Is 5 GB not enough for you? No problem: extra storage costs just €1 a month per additional 5 GB.
With VETCloud you get all the essential modules to run your practice. So, unlike with other software, you don’t pay extra for a link with your accountant. The VETSync and AI integration modules do carry an additional monthly fee, should you choose to add them.
VETCloud receives around 200 updates a year. Because VETCloud is online software, you always work with the latest version. These updates are always free. You can find all the details of every update right inside VETCloud, and we also keep our customers informed by email.
We offer integrations with 18 accounting packages, so your sales invoices can be passed on without any hassle. We are also already compatible with UBL (UBL.BE and BIS PEPPOL V3) and can send invoices over the Peppol network.
With VETCloud you can run both farm animal and companion animal practices. For farm animals there are dedicated modules for antibiotic registration, administration and supply documents, herd addresses, ...

New practices get their first veterinarian licence at a lower rate, and newly graduated vets use VETCloud free of charge up to and including 31 December of their graduation year. You’ll find more information under Pricing.
For all communication with clients (text messages, email, printouts, labels), VETCloud uses a highly flexible template system. We use Word documents as templates for printing to PDF, so you can fully customise them yourself. To create professional mailings with images, we use an HTML editor.
